Community Harvest Dinner

We are delighted to welcome our close farm friend, Ed Dubrick of DuChick Ranch, for this very special evening. Join us for a community harvest buffet celebrating the season’s abundance and the local producers who bring it to our tables. Featuring regeneratively farmed food from across our region, this shared meal honors the work of growing good food while caring for the soil, water, and land. Gather with farmers, friends, and neighbors for a joyful evening of seasonal dishes and conversation about the food system we’re building together, one farm, one harvest, and one meal at a time.

All are welcome. Come solo and make new friends at the table, or bring a few of your own to share!

The evening begins at 5 p.m. with open doors and bar service. Feel free to visit with our goats or enjoy a walk around the lake before your meal.

At 5:30 p.m., our farm team will offer a welcome and short remarks on the connection between small farms and strong communities. Dinner will be served at 5:45.

Our locally sourced buffet dinner will feature:

• Artisan cheeses from Prairie Fruits Farm

• Seasonal vegetable sides from our growing partners in the Down at the Farms producer network

• Freshly baked dinner rolls, made with stone-ground organic wheat from Janie's Mill

• House-smoked pasture-raised turkey from DuChick Ranch

• Dessert assortment featuring pies and farm-fresh gelato

A cash bar will be available throughout the evening, offering craft cocktails, local beers, wines, and ample non-alcoholic options.

5 p.m. — Doors open and bar service begins

5:30 p.m. — Welcome

5:45 p.m. — Dinner
