Enjoy a relaxed and creative evening at Prairie Fruits Farm with this Date Night Terrarium Workshop led by Luscious Leaves LLC. Designed as a mini night out, this beginner-friendly experience invites you to slow down, connect, and build your own living centerpiece in a warm and welcoming setting.

With a playful “terrarium bar” to choose from, you’ll design a custom mini-ecosystem while learning the basics of terrarium creation, from layering materials to arranging plants for long-term success.

What You'll Do

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll select your materials from a curated terrarium bar and create your own personalized terrarium. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, learning how to layer substrates, place plants, and add finishing touches to create a balanced and beautiful design.

Whether you come with a partner, friends, or on your own, this workshop offers a fun and creative way to spend an evening at the farm.

Please bring a clean, clear glass vessel with a wide opening and a lid (wide-mouth jars are recommended).

No vessel? No problem—vessels will be available for purchase on-site, including both budget-friendly and premium options.

Parking: General parking is available in the gravel lot. ADA parking is located south of the farmhouse. The classroom is in the white building with black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the farm store at the front of the building.
