The very definition of "farm-to-table," our restaurant offers a deep celebration of local ingredients, harnessing the freshest produce, meats, and dairy from our own fields and our neighbor's farms.
Inspired by the rhythms of the seasons and the day’s harvest, Chef Garron Sanchez crafts a menu that is elevated yet inviting, delivering thoughtful flavors and unexpected touches. Join us during year-round open farm hours for a relaxed, curated selection of dishes that showcase the artistry and passion of our combined farm and culinary teams, or enjoy an extraordinary fine dining journey during seasonal, ticketed dinners.
In addition to dinner, we also offer a year-round lunch service each Saturday 11am until 4pm and brunch service each Sunday from 9am until 2pm.
For those visiting to enjoy the farm and soak in the best sunset in town, we also offer small plates and bar snacks from our full bar along with our seasonal crafted cocktail menu and a local beer and wine list.
Reservations are not required, but are always appreciated! Walk-ins are welcome for all services.
In addition to dining, our guests are welcome to visit with our goats, walk the nature path around the lake, and sample our award-winning cheeses and gelatos at the bar. Caprae offers seating in our dining room, patio, and pavilion.
