We make our yogurt either with 100% goat milk or a blend of cow and goat milks.  Currently our yogurt is 100% goat milk. We do NOT add any preservatives or thickening agents--just pasteurized milk and probiotic cultures. Available as plain (unflavored) yogurt in pint (16 oz.) or quart (32 oz.) sizes.
